All XStars-Spain images are the sole and exclusive property of XStars-Spain, which holds a registered copyright to each and every photograph emanating from its databases, websites, CD-ROMs, DVDs, and videos.

All rights are reserved and unauthorized duplication or usage in whole or part is a direct violation of applicable copyright laws. Image alteration is also a direct violation of United States copyright laws. Fraudulent copyright notices and/or the removal of an XStars-Spain copyright notice are criminal offenses. 17 U.S.C. § 506

Any person or entity who obtains, or has custody or control of, any photograph copyrighted by XStars-Spain consents to the personal jurisdiction of Maryland as the forum to resolve any and all disputes that may arise between XStars-Spain and any such person or entity.

 

USENET posting

The posting of copyrighted XStars-Spain images to the Newsgroups is illegal. XStars-Spain will prosecute violators and seek damages to the statutory maximum of $150,000 per image. 17 U.S.C. § 504(c)(2)
